In some cases, products may be fulfilled from a different US or European facility depending on availability and product type.

As different products may be produced by different facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

No. We don't mass produce or warehouse inventory. Every NyxAbbey piece is created individually using our original in-house designs after your order is placed.

This approach helps reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction while allowing us to maintain the quality and attention to detail that go into every piece.

We begin preparing your order shortly after it's placed, so if you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of your purchase. We'll always do our best to stop production before it begins.

Once production has started, we're unfortunately no longer able to cancel or make changes to your order.

Before completing your purchase, we recommend taking a moment to double-check your size, color, and shipping details to make sure everything is exactly as you'd like it.

Because each item is created specifically for your order, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
